Ben gets a genuine satisfaction from helping his clients work towards and exceed their goals. Whether it's losing weight, training to improve a specific sport, completing a once in a life time challenge or just to become more active day to day. He has a have a passion to make it happen.
He has been a personal trainer since 2010 - working both within a gym setting and also privately. In 2013 he took to plunge to become a 'mature' student and study Sports Therapy - this opened his eyes up to further ways he would be able to help existing and future clients. Developing skills in sports massage, injury prevention/rehabilitation and being able to assess my clients to ensure their movements are as efficient as possible.
Throughout the degree, he gained invaluable experience working with Northampton Town FC and England Hockey as well as working out of a private physiotherapy clinic progressing my hands on skills in many different ways.
In the 2016/2017 he was lucky enough to become the Head Sports Therapist of Bedford HC - working with the Men's 1st Team to ensure their players stay as fit as possible through a tough season and helping any injuries recover as quick as possible. This experience along-side my private personal training and sports therapy treatments has kept his skills progressing in many different areas of Personal training, exercise and injury therapy.
